Clients Koi For Sale
We are pleased to be able to offer this service to our customer network.
The koi that you see on the sales pages cannot, in most cases, be viewed in person. This is because the owners wish to maintain the privacy of their homes and ponds. We will only offer a koi for sale from ponds that we have visited and understand the owner’s koi husbandry and the care of the koi they are making available for sale.
All the koi have been inspected by us prior to being placed on our website. A follow-up inspection will occur at the point of delivery of the koi. If the koi does not meet our standards then the koi will remain with the current owner and your money returned in full. We will also ensure that conditions such as pond temperatures are aligned prior to delivery.
The act of moving any koi can cause it stress and may result in a parasitic outbreak. This will have nothing to do with the conditions in which the koi has been kept but is simply the result of the physical move. Therefore, we can offer a follow-up health check service in the weeks after delivery.
